Gibraltar and the client collaborated on a multi-floor, multi-phased complex tenant improvement project in an occupied space over 6 months. Detailed scheduling and execution were key factors in this project's successful completion.

The project scope included permit acquisition, framing and drywall, glazing, millwork, flooring, coring, HVAC, and mechanical upgrades along with specialty finishes with quality control measures to ensure Gibraltar standards were always met.

The project was completed with a comprehensive waste management report, submission of O&M manuals, and backed by a 2-year warranty.
