Commercial Space Lobby Renovation

Gibraltar Construction was contracted to upgrade the main lobby of a tower in Downtown Vancouver. The project scope included scanning and coring, custom millwork, flooring, sprinkler and HVAC work, painting, and finishing.

A living wall and greenery were used to create ambiance while maintaining a clean and professional space. Cleanliness and safety during this project were major contributors to its success.

The stakeholders were updated with progress reports every week ensuring a timely completion.
